How does the process work?

You open an account, convert funds online or over the phone.  You then send us the money and we make the onward payment on your behalf or send it back to your foreign currency account.

What are your fees?

All fees and charges are included in the exchange rate, which will not be more that 0.5% from the mid-market price. This is some of the most competitive pricing in the industry and if you are offered a genuine lower rate anywhere else we will match it. See our costs here.

Who are your typical customers?

We offer a personal or online service to HNW individuals and corporate clients.

Where are my funds sent to and from?

Funds are held in segregated accounts at Barclays Bank.

What is the minimum conversion amount?

We typically handle transactions above £100,000, but are able to convert smaller amounts as part of the overall service.

Can I lock in a rate before sending funds?

Yes, you can execute a conversion with our dealers over the phone or online.  Once done you will be issued with a contract note and instruction on where to send funds.

Do you offer currency forward contracts?

Yes, you can convert funds with a forward currency contract to be delivered for up to a year in advance.  There is a deposit between 5% and 10% depending on how far forward the settlement date is.

What order types do you offer?

We offer market, limit, stops, stop entries and forwards as standard.  Our dealers can also work most bespoke order types if required.

How long does it take to get the foreign currency?

As soon as your conversion has settled and we have received your funds we will send your funds out same day.

Do you offer same day foreign exchange?

Yes, if you discuss this with your dealer beforehand we can have converted funds with you same day.

How long does it take to open an account?

Personal accounts are usually opened within 24 hours as long as we have the required documentation.
Corporate accounts can take a few days because of extended due diligence.

Can I track my payments?”

Yes, when you are logged in to the online trading platform you can get full audits of all your conversions and payments.

Can I send funds to more than one person?

Yes, after you have converted funds you will be asked to add the single or multiple beneficiaries for the onward payment.

Do you accept cash?

No, we only accept funds via bank transfer from accounts in your name.

Do you do travel money?

No, we only provide funds via bank transfer.

Can you accept funds from America?

Yes but US regulation means we can only accept it from these states.
